Wills & Estates

We can assist you with succession law advice. We can guide you through the process of Will preparation and estate planning structures (for example testamentary trusts).when preparing your Will, our role is to document your wishes, so your estate is transferred to your beneficiaries as you intended and to minimise the risk of your estate being disputed.

We can assist Executors in the obtaining of Probate and administration of the estate, including transferring of property to the beneficiaries. We can also advise and prepare your enduring Power of Attorney and a range of related matters such as:

  • estate planning advice;

  • preparation of Enduring Power of Attorney;
